Supporting our aged care software clients when they require help is extremely important to us. Should you require assistance, please follow the steps below:
Step 1: Read the Tip Sheet
Throughout all parts of the software, you will see a 'Tip Sheet' button in the bottom toolbar. Users find this invaluable when they want to know more information or are stuck and have forgotten how to perform a certain task.

Step 2: Email the Help Desk
If you have read the 'Tip Sheet' and still require assistance then email our help desk at support@manad.com.au and clearly identify who you are, which home you work for and your issue. Attaching a screen shot(s) that clearly identifies the issue will also help us to better assist you with your enquiry. Alternatively you can use the 'Email' button located in the bottom toolbar to automatically load and address an email to the Help Desk.
Step 3: Call the Help Desk
If you are unable to email our help desk and reading the 'Tip Sheets' have not resolved your issue then please call the help desk on 1300 MANAD2 (1300 62 62 32).
